Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During sales, promotions, or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Major Cities: 3–4 business days
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most areas in Pakistan.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel and make the payment at the time of delivery.

💰 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

📱 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking information via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email (where applicable).

📦 Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will usually make multiple delivery attempts. If the order remains undelivered due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, it may be returned to us.

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or any item is missing, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide your order number along with clear photos of the package and product so we can assist you promptly.
